You may request to return the product within 30 days of delivery in case you are not satisfied with the purchase. Reverse pickup will be done from our end whenever feasible. In exceptional circumstances, you may be required to send products via a trusted courier company if your area does not have a return collection facility. Additionally, returned products must be in the same condition as when sent, with all labels. Returns will not be accepted if the product label is removed or missing. Please note that Shipping / Cash on Delivery fees are non-refundable. Also, please note that we do not charge any additional handling fees for returns.
