RETURNS POLICY
HOW TO RETURN
You may request to return the product within 30 days of delivery in case you are not satisfied with the purchase. Reverse pickup will be done from our end whenever feasible. In exceptional circumstances, you may be required to send products via a trusted courier company if your area does not have a return collection facility. You can also contact us at [email protected] to arrange a return pickup.
Additionally, returned products must be in the same condition as when sent, with all labels. Returns will not be accepted if the product label is removed or missing. Please note that Shipping / Cash on Delivery fees are non-refundable. Also, please note that we do not charge any additional handling fees for returns.
CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Within 24 hours from when you place your order. If you have a request, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it promptly.
TRANSPORTATION COSTS
All shipping charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable once you receive the item.
In case the product is defective due to the store’s side, we will exchange it for you free of charge.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
We are sorry that the product was damaged or defective.
For any defective items, we require photographic evidence immediately upon delivery clearly showing the defect. Please email these photos to us. Returned items will be inspected and you will be notified.
REFUND POLICY
GIVE BACK
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
Your item must be in its original packaging.
Your item requires a receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUND
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product.
We will notify you immediately about the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card or gift voucher of your choice.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Once we receive your return parcel, we will process your package. Once your refund has been issued, please wait for it to process and appear on your bank statement.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time before the refund is officially credited.
